Chris Carhart founded Carhart America in 1984 after obtaining a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and soon expanded his company into China in 1986. Through decades of supplying American industries with cost-effective, high quality parts, Chris has made a name for himself in both America and China, even going so far as to have been called to testify in front of the International Trade Commission regarding Bearing Anti-Dumping in 2000. Today, he splits his time between Yantai, Shandong, and Marco Island, Florida.

Pete Stanek has been designing undercarriages and track systems since 2000, after receiving a Mechanical Engineering degree from North Dakota State University. During his career, he has been awarded two undercarriage patents. He divides his time between Yantai, Shandong, and Phoenix, Arizona.

Flora Cheng has been working for Shandon Industries since 2013. She oversees the daily operations of SDA Industries, including recruitment and training of employees, and managing supplier relations. She pursued her undergraduate studies at Qingdao Technological University in Qingdao, China, majoring in Water Supply and Drainage Engineering with a minor in English.
