To produce 45,000 assemblies each month, SDA employs two assembly lines with ten different assembly stations, all located in a 6,000-square-foot cleanroom.
SDA ships 18 to 20 TEU (twenty-foot equivalent unit) containers monthly, with all products packed in collapsible, reusable wooden crates. Most of SDA’s exports go through the Qingdao port, located 165 miles south of Yantai and the seventh-largest port globally.
